When a house needs a deep clean
Regular housekeeping keeps a lived-in home tidy. A deep clean is for the moments in between: a house that has been shut since May and smells of it, a rental after a long stay, the week before you fly in, or right after a renovation leaves dust on every surface.
At Lakeside, dust and humidity are the two enemies. Closed houses collect a fine layer of dust that regular sweeping never reaches, and damp gets into grout, closets and mattresses. A deep clean takes the house back to zero: walls, ceilings, fans, inside cabinets and appliances, windows inside and out, grout and tile.
We bring the team, the supplies and a checklist, stay for the whole job, and send you photos of every room when it is done. If you are arriving, we can pair it with our welcome-home service: fresh linens, basic groceries and the house aired out.

Can you deep clean before I arrive if I am still abroad?
Yes. That is the most common request. With your keys and a date, we clean, air the house and send photos so you land to a ready home.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. Products, vacuum, ladders and everything else. If you prefer specific products for allergies or surfaces, tell us and we use yours.
How long does a deep clean take?
A one-bedroom takes a morning. A three-bedroom house with terraces takes a full day, sometimes two if it has been closed for months.
Is deep cleaning included in the monthly plans?
The Premium plan includes one deep clean a month. Basic and Standard include light cleaning; a deep clean can be added any time as a one-off.
